Has anyone’s store go from tier 2 to tier 1? Was your etl crazy about setting things to the planogram and not changing anything no matter what?? Mine is going crazy in regards to this.

We are having the same problem our etl doesn’t know anything about plano and won’t ask the seasoned workers about it. So we are just doing what is on our list ;) I had three uboats of sheets that came off where I sent and the team lead for that area stated that she was going to have them flexed...
We put ours on wooden shelves as the POG stayed and then put the pieces of cardboard on them. My etl probably won’t like them and will probably not even last a week.
Can I ask what area you have?? I’m suppose to be in charge of bed bath hearth and hand and home. I’m also part of the transition team so I’ve not been there all the time but they can’t keep up with the freight or do anything else just wondering if anyone else is running into this?
I’m sure that this has been in played for a long time but why is it in the spotlight now?? I have worked for target for awhile and never been asked about this before and I have had FMLA paperwork filled out for just as long.
Yup it’s been going problem because we have time to wait for it reboot every 2 hours if that. Sometimes it makes you do that if your working faster then your device or if there are too many applications open.
We just keep the red bins for the following years, also our softlines and hearth and hand are still using those black wires baskets to set with I’m not sure why they are being thrown in the compactor.
Does anyone have the number for the ‘home’ backer paper the number that is on all the pogs isn’t available to order any longer but we are suppose to still use it.....
