I did a phone interview with aTL and then one with mY ETL. The ETL told me after that interview that I'd be hired, assumming the paperwork was in order.

I'm disappointed. Last year I got a 5.3% raise and EX and this year I got a 3.2% E. I work really hard and they only considered my current work center. That's not where I was most of last year. Oh well.

At my store, consumables does all of grocery-dry, pfresh, coolers, freezers-, plus paper, pet, and chemicals. Shifts are usually 6-2:30 or 8-4:30 for the opener, sometimes a mid 10-6 or 11-7, and then closer anywhere from 2-5 until close. It's awful. I feel really badly for them. They are...

I got promoted at my store but only from TM--> TL and they didn't redo my background check. I'm not sure about higher positions. It also may depend on how long ago you had one done though.
