I’m in the same boat. When I comes to sick, i was told it could only be used when you call out. Regarding vacation/personal hours, I’ve been using mine when I’ve been scheduled under my average hours. My HR said you can go back up to a year to do so.

My store wants us to offer a return on a gift card first, to encourage it stay in the store. Then offer the debit card before cash.

TT (multiple) TMs - How are you not fired yet? Whether it's destroying other TMs belongings or NCNS at least once a week or not understanding how to read a clock, I don't understand...

I take the bus or get dropped off/picked up. By car, it's 10-15 minutes, bus is 20-30.

35-40 hours a week for the past four months down to less than 16 the next two weeks. Pissed that TMs with less availability and around for a smaller amount of time getting double.

My ETL-HR left a few weeks ago, but like the one before her, I did my feel comfortable approaching. Both had very similar personalities: dazed look, never able to do anything on her own, VERY gossipy. Luckily, I feel comfortable with my HRTL so I do have someone of "power" I'm that area I can go to.

I was told to accept a $10 off $50 in Home coupon that expired in December and the guest got $2 from home. Not the worst thing in comparison, but still ridiculous.

If you need a weekend off every couple of months, depending on the time of year, it could happen. Sometimes you just get scheduled that way (they've given me three full weekends off this year).
