    I'm not in TOYS a lot, but the ones I've encountered seem like genuine collectors. For the most part they're pretty nice about it. But we had someone covering TOYS for a while who had some bad blood with this one collector. Got to the point where it got escalated to a leader.

    I don't pick for fulfillment. Can somebody explain to me how a TM could continue with their OPU or standard without the system making a record of the item just pulled from a location? I mean, short of people just grabbing and taking stuff.

    They've handed out red vests at our store. Now TMs, and leaders sometimes, too, are wearing whatever shirt they feel like and just putting a red vest on over it. It's how I found out my ETL had recently seen Ghost in concert.
