okay, so I love working for spot. I am going away to college in August, and have decided to take a leave of absense so I will come back to a job. how does it work? will I be able to work on my breaks from school or what will happen when I come back next summer and need to take another leave ?

In my store, HR will not let us give up hours, we have to switch or call out. It may just be my store though.

Will we be scheduled before opening in order to prep? Because if we have to start the minute the store opens, we're screwed.

I hope they do change, more hours in my pocket and less time with "family" who I'd rather jump in front of a bus than spend time with.

My GSTL did tell me that I shouldn't worry about it, and when I went in, I was talking to my ETL-HR and she told me she's glad I'm around because I'm up for wherever they need me.
