okay, so I love working for spot. I am going away to college in August, and have decided to take a leave of absense so I will come back to a job. how does it work? will I be able to work on my breaks from school or what will happen when I come back next summer and need to take another leave ?

Get the form the your hr person & talk to your tl or etl without delay. Let them know when your breaks are.

We have college students come back during thanksgiving and christmas all the time. I even considered it myelf; but i can't afford to not work. Like HLM said, talk to anybody in HR.

Give your HR the dates you'll be home, and fill out an Educational LOA form on eHR afterwards.
