I’ve heard from a fellow team member that a TL must not get really close to another team member below their level because they might develop favoritism over the team leader. I’m just curious, man. It’s not like I want my TL to get fired or get in trouble, I deeply do care for my TL.

I have a team leader who is very clingy to team members after he leaves work. Is that against the rules?

Funny, even the PML doesn’t know. He didn’t have time to find out what size the store is. Plus, the whole reason why I took too long to asked him that, is because he always works during the day and I usually work during the night, during the day in the weekends.
