I’ve heard from a fellow team member that a TL must not get really close to another team member below their level because they might develop favoritism over the team member. I’m just curious, man. It’s not like I want my TL to get fired or get in trouble, I deeply do care for my TL.
Look at policy on workbench. Gossip are not facts.
I thought your tl left spot? https://www.thebreakroom.org/threads/best-tl is-leaving-but-the-evil-etl remains.29592/#post-667888
TL should basically be nonexistent to TM outside of work. This includes outside the store when not on the clock (parking lot, nearby store, restaurant, food court, etc.)

H2O retention is exacerbated by the age old favorite BPH. Rednecks get it too and voluminous amounts of ice cold PBR primes the pump. Kinda like the Bernoulli principle referencing bulk and liquid conveyance. (as he cleans the bore of the 'ole Krieghoff.)
