    What do you do when you are asked to work outside your work center?

    It's an ongoing thing. Unfortunately I was cross trained on almost everything years ago and I'm not really designated to a work center so I end up everywhere but every time leadership switches I don't tell them what I know.

    Every leader has "their" priorities. If you value zone, speed, push, reshop over everything else make that clear. In my store it's not possible to get everything done as leaders want it but the leader I work for most values cleanliness over tge rest so I make sure everything is cleaned up...

    No set schedules again?

    Just had this conversation with my market team lead. For our store it depends on her hours for the week. I work in market differing amounts depending on the week. This week it's only once last week it was three shifts.

    I did not get a review (or raise that I'm aware of) this year. Our store is in disarray being down 3 leads? and a Store Director. I talked to HR ETL three times with no results. Am I missing a step before calling the hitline?

    I've been cussed at, threatened, pushed, it is just a fact people are insane. I once had a lady tell me she hoped someone would hit me with their car because I wouldn't give her the $200 bedding set for $30. All you can do is laugh at their stupidity and move on.

    New Fulfillment TM - 20,000 steps a day

    Great shoes are a must. Depending on your feet I recommend looking at Brooks running shoes, they have high arch support. I go through 2-3 pairs a year and only work 20 hrs a week. So make sure you are replacing them as they get worn out.

    If others are putting full boxes in the bailer it will always lean unless someone is going behind those employees and making it flat again. They can't write you up for it unless you are warned and continue what they warned you not to do but.
