I know that I will probably be an IE being that it is my first year, but I am more curious about the typical score for non first year ETLs.

I dont think Etl benefits are any different than anyone else's. Once you are eligible for benefits you choose between an HRA and HSA. You probably selected the plan with low amount taken out of your paycheck and high deductible (HSA).
