Yes, for people who aren't legally married, the only way your fiancee or girlfriend/boyfriend can get your employee discount is if you categorize them as your Domestic Partner. Whatever amount of a discount that person receives is taxable because currently the IRS does not consider Domestic Partners as a true spouse, so you are charge "imputed income" which means the amount of discount received gets added on top of your annual income to be taxed.
