Aren't GSA's a lower pay grade than PA's? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they make the same as logistics/ plano team members.

Pulling, backstocking, and pushing pretty much sums up working in the backroom! Not much else to learn unless you wanna learn other workcenters. There are random things like printing location labels, SDA, empty location audits..... But that would take about 15 min to learn.

Typically closing team members leave 15 minutes late. Just long enough to finish up zone, reshop, etc.. They don't really mind since they're usually only scheduled 4 hours anyhow.
