There's four of us (PAs) and we can't seem to keep CTLs for more than six months. Two of us are expected to take over in the absence of CTLs. When we actually have one, we go back to our normal routine and let the CTL take care of that.

Out of four team leaders that we've had since pfresh opened at my store, only two made their presence known throughout my 8 hour shifts by helping us out on the floor. The last two would only come out once or twice then hide in TSC doing their "reports" instead of being hands on.

I know I can only use up to my average hours. That policy has been around for a while. But my question is who is in charge of payroll? HR team or headquarters like my ETL-HR says. Every time I put in my hours, it gets canceled and that money is taken OUT of my paycheck instead of being put in.

Actually, that's why Pfresh stores have PA's. They run the team when the ctl is not there. I know this because I am a PA. However, your PA could have possibly done without the rude tone and all that jazz.
