Hang in there, keep looking for a better opportunity elsewhere and once you find it you can run away from Spot and never have to look back. I've been free from Spot for a few weeks now and I've never been happier, but I also appreciate my time there as it has taught me quite a bit.

You should be fine. If you worked at the store I used to work at management wouldn't even care. I know of people who had multiple no call no shows before getting put on corrective action.

Wow...that's pathetic. I know a bunch of former co-workers who are on food stamps, saving every penny they can is necessary. Hopefully they can find better job opportunities elsewhere, Spot will never allow them to live comfortably.

I hated closing shifts for this reason. Made me wish there was music playing in the store (other than what you hear looping in electronics).

The store I worked at is ULV, very stressful this time of year. And then the ETLs wonder why service scores are red and say "our short staffing is no excuse" even though the guest surveys always say the store needs more people on the floor... So glad I got out of that place.

At my store if the execs like you you can NCNS one day, call in for the next 5 days after that, NCNS again the next week, and then NCNS again a couple weeks later and only after the 3rd NCNS do you get put on corrective action because the execs have to somewhat follow policy but if it were up to...

Our store is freezing! But guests don't notice because they have their jackets on. In the summer they often complain about how hot the store is, but nothing ever gets done about it. Only when it was literally 100 degrees outside the A/C was cranked up.

I agree, I would shop at Target a lot more if they did that.

At least once a week I'll have a guest ask me if we have swimming suits or sandals, and it's very cold here in the winter. Also on our guest surveys we've had a few that said we should have year round summer/swimming stuff.
