It's very clear that mmb falls under GM. You can see that on every weekly workload calender. GM just doesn't want to do it so they try to open it off on specialty. Same with haircare.

Not sure if his store is on a different week schedule but I'm pretty sure the 19th was Saturday and the 20th was Sunday. The 20th starts a new week.

Dam we have a tl who does this all the time to cover being late and shes still employed.
