Curious, what product has caused you the most nightmares in the past, or present? Every store has a handful of things that are just a pain in the butt, annoying AF, or cause customers to freak the F out. I’d love to hear what the worst products have been in your store.

Except SpinMaster doesn't appear to be the Golden Goose any longer. We have SO. MANY. HATCHIMALS just sitting. Accidentally rammed the freaking Hatchimal shipper with the crown. Brought the whole f'ing thing down. Hated them last year, and this year even more.

We had a guest return 12 Hatchimals. Was asked if anything was wrong with the items and he said they were fine. He was candid about his return saying that ebay is limiting how many you can sell in a week (three) and there is no way he can sell that many before Christmas because the resale...

We got 4 cases via UPS too. Went straight to the floor. There were several very happy guests randomly finding them on the shelf at 5PM as opposed to having to wait in line before the store opens.
