    I believe that score is called REDcard penetration or something like that. It should be listed under your Sales scores.

    Had a similar thing happen today. Mother gets mad at her daughter because she grabbed an extra 12pack of coke-cola. "It's 3 for 12, you grabbed an extra one why?!" Me: "Mam it's just 4 per 12pack you can still buy that fourth one for $4, you don't have to buy 3 to get them for 4/each."

    I do believe it will only say what work center you are in. Like if you are front-end it will say FrontEnd TM. But if you are the only HRTM obviously they are going to know who said what.

    I've never understood why people would want to buy those TVs. I mean sure they are clearanced, but why would you want a TV that is on 12 hours a day for months on end. Mostly because I hate taking them off the wall.

    I usually print out a learning plan, but i think the cashier training guide is pretty silly. A lot of the stuff in there is silly, at least for my store being a ULV. The 1+1 is silly, i mean LISA and BoB are good things to express.

    Well the most a coupon can do is make the item free before tax. A coupon never refund the guest money. Just go to discounts->Manufacturer/Target coupon and type in the price of the item.     They don't take that long, i'm pretty the reason they take so long to process is because target routes transactions through the target bank then the individuals bank to avoid the visa/mc fee.

    We have been having our huddles after the store closes and the LOD edits us. It's actually nice, it gives front-end a chance to take part in huddles.
