@Goingstrong no I am not a brand team member. And neither is the TM who is taking boys and girls. The TM who does shoes and the TM who is going to be doing RTW and performance are.

I'm not sure if it was my Etls idea or not. I just know she made a comment to me and the TL of Plano that she felt softlines didn't need two tls and that softlines TMs could take ownership. And we aren't rotated around, they will our responsibility. I guess my next thing is should I be worried...

So at my store there was a massive shake up and a lot of TLs got switched to different areas. My department went from having two TLs to now just having one. My ETL has decided that softlines doesn't need two TLs so instead she wants TMs to be responsible and "own" different areas of softlines...

When I worked hardines I would always take all my breaks, but thst because the TL I always worked with was super on top of everyone's breaks and made sure everyone got their break. Now that I'm in softlines I only take my meal breaks. I rarely take a fifteen unless I'm in a crappy mood or if I...

Sadly I tried to request the 3rd, the 5th and 6th off, both requests got denied. Turns out the two SLTL work today so they get the fourth off and most likely get the weekend off as well.

Trust me I know with my own experience with an old Etl, luckily other Etls had issues with her and didn't like her. Also because I am such a hard worker in my department other Etls actually like me.

so interesting development in this whole thing...the other TL will be quitting in august and moving...he let that slip after a few drinks at a TLs wedding.

at my store we have SEVERAL different huddles! salesfloor has a morning and an evening huddle, although our evening huddle needs to change cause we always have it during our rush hour and then all the ETLS and TLs go on break together afterwords leaving two (sometimes 3) of us to cover the floor.

this week alone had been horrid for my store. normally we are on top of our game and come clean an hour before the store closes and then help the rest of the floor because the ETLs make such poor judgement calls.
