So my friend that works at Staples was telling me how they use something very similar to our MyDevices, but it uses an iPhone instead of an iPod Touch. He says they can answer phone calls straight from the device. No why cant Target do this :(

My workcenters are Instocks & Backroom...so I have to update stock counts daily

Is there any possible way to update the on hand counts? I update the count to zero, but it would still say that we have X amount of that item..

I would really like that because I do both instocks and backroom and I keep getting bombarded with guests needing help because the salesfloor associates are no where to be found. Makes it so much harder to get my job done
