Target's minimum is you must be employed for 90 days. We took a transfer one time but took them in-demand until we had a regular spot for them. They were able to pick up shifts in the app, and we re-keyed them back over to regular once someone quit.

TL can approve... every TL in my store has access. Your HR ETL just has to go to modify approvers in my time self serv and give them access.

It should fall on your ETL/TL to approve or deny your requests off and availability changes, as they are responsible for their work centers. HR would only approve/deny in leadership absence. I would mention to your HR that your leaders aren't approving your requests.

That is inaccurate... even if they purchase it on a pcard it still comes out of the team recognition account for the year. When you close out your pcard at the end of the month you classify what your purchases was for.. so any food isncharged to the team recognition account.

20 + minutes sounds extremely high, our stores leadership team would lose their cool. Unleas the entire order is missing and had to be repicked....

We are allowed to wear 1 earbud, but our SD/ETL's made it very clear.... if we are observed not responding to walkie calls and have ear buds in, they will start enforcing no earbuds. The team is very appreciative so far.

Did your tl rate not go up, a few months ago our store jumped up to $21.50.
