I’m starting get frustrated I have open availability except for one day . Getting under 25 hrs lately . & Others in my area can only work early or closing getting same amount of hours !!

Wild it’s amazing how different things are at other stores . We normally have electronic , grocery ,Beauty , one hardliners. I do softlines by myself usually and we all come in 2 hrs before store opens .

I was just wondering how does ad setup go at other stores . I been doing softlines ad for pretty much 3 months straight . I’m not the team lead either for my area .

I was wondering if any 1 lately is getting more than 5 hr shift . I haven’t had a lunch break in weeks .

We can’t limit the guest at the fitting room either . They took our cordless away in the summer time last year. It makes task more difficult especially when I’m expected to do the truck.

Does your store operator have cordless phone . Can the guest take in how many items they want in fitting room ?

I agree that happens 2 often . Also when I call another store as operator. Phone system needs to be updated .
