Im under 90days and i dont show up on public one everyone sees, but one that gstl has shows my name. This is just my observation so i dont really know for sure. Also for the exact score, i think it only shows people under green.

It took me almost 2weeks to get used to standing on register, but now my feets can bare it without any insoles or comfort shoes. However now i have small knee pains which i dont think i'll ever get used too. It's not too serious to bother me in normal life. But it's hard not to lock your knees...

Well people who are traveling internationally might not pay their target credit card before they leave the country. Even students coming just for college. Ive heard few occasion that ppl who forgot to pay their bill before leaving US, and coming back for travel only to find the bill with huge...

Im asking every single guest and didnt get any redcard for a week now. Pretty demoralizing and gstl/gsa telling me to "get some redcard" now feels so burdened. Hopefully karma will return me with 20red cards in a day..

In my store, food ave tms are also scheduled as CA, gs and cashier. Havent seen sales tm on food ave or front lanes though.

i honestly cant care less when they dont want us to scan their id. I just call gstl to override. What bothers me the most is their ton of voice. Some are just plain cocky some talks like we are some kind of criminal stealing info and say "id scan is data-mining." Im just a cashier... All i do...

I think it's different in every store. Some gstl doesnt bring pda with them some do.

But then i'm just a cashier so i dont know how often these "limited" quantity ad stuff happens

Well it's an ad strategy.... If tms getting yelled at drives sales up, i honestly don't see why target should stop.. Of course in tm pov it sucks. But they are the employer and we are the employee :(

I normally turn on the light but when i see gstl going other way without looking at my side or can't find one, i use the help key... But it got me to thinking if gstl gets annoyed by getting message. I kinda understand gstl gets busy when there are few lane lights going off and gs area also...

Thanks all. I didnt expect all the target stores to have so much different ways of doing stuff. I work in super target that's pretty busy so i guess that is why we have sales floor tm in addition to hardline softline and produce tm.

Redcard is pure luck. Once i had 3cards in a day, and guest asked me first about redcard. After that day, i havent got a single redcard even when im asking every person with purchase of $5 or up score also really depends... Most of the day i get 100 for first hour than starts dropping as low...

Thanks for quick reply! Im guessing the reason for having sales is to back up either hard or softline where they need more help... I am just a seasonal cashier right now but planning to stay if they let me, and would like to crosstrain or transfer to hardline. Is it easy to go hardline right...

I dont get what the difference is... I see hardline stocking and zoning their area and sales doing the same?
