Maybe switching 64" to 72" on all tech aisles. Sometimes stuff don't fit with all the security cases or fragrance lockup they keep adding on us off pog. Stores with backwall TV displays needs a revamp.

Target should really give up on side fin ISMs. They don't last longer then 2 weeks at my store. Just a waste of time and money

We try to push our own freight whenever possible, but when we can't inbound or GM helps us out. It's been difficult lately with the seasonal/mini and toys set honestly. Target needs to better spread the workload out as in not having a whole mini/seasonal/temp sidecaps/bpg all in one week. This...

When a POG becomes too old, it deletes itself automatically from the system which is why it don't exist anymore. Your only option is to set the new POG or god willing, store tie each item which I don't recommend. Unfortunately this is what happens when you ignore your overdue aisles for too long.

I think there was communication on that. Nothing change, just tie to update old POG so it doesn't break.

I've seen people open boxes even with the displays. "Let me check what's included!!" 😭
