When a POG becomes too old, it deletes itself automatically from the system which is why it don't exist anymore. Your only option is to set the new POG or god willing, store tie each item which I don't recommend. Unfortunately this is what happens when you ignore your overdue aisles for too long.

I think there was communication on that. Nothing change, just tie to update old POG so it doesn't break.

Very very rarely, maybe like 15 years ago. The oldest we would hire is around 40s. There's defiinately some age discrimination but that's everywhere.
