I believe working the reject report is a waste of time. If there is something it expected you to have and you didn't scan it, and then you Audit it because it was in the Reject Report, there is a not insignificant chance that it will show up in a subsequent scan, incrementing the counts you just decremented and nullifying all the time you spent auditing.
Multiple concurrent scans where an item doesn't show up already fixes the OH. That is the whole purpose of the scan. Let the system work as intended.
On that note, we are 97.1% YTD and have gotten the store scan down to just over two hours for one person. (that's with the new black RFID gun)
