I get a little jealous when I go to high volume stores and most of their stuff is already sold. Yet my store still has 50-70% still left that I have to condense 🥴 For mini and seasonal.

If I'm salvaging and putting them in brown boxes myself with big green salvage stickers, do I still have to put individual salvage sticker on each item? Our receiver says I don't have to so it's throwing me off what's required or not.

We are getting an Ulta in the future, I'm curious who does the initial set/remodel for Ulta and who does it afterwards as far as transition/revisions, etc. Is it presentation or Ulta employee, or an outside person?

How many TMs do you have to set toys? Are they setting overnight or dayside? We have 1, maybe a 2nd person to help set during the day. Setting early in time before freight comes in is not an option for most stores. If I have at least 4 good setters with full shifts overnight then I can see this...

That's kind of a ridiculous request from HQ when they are cutting everyone's hours by half. Let's make the team do more work, but at the same time, let's cut their hours!
