Price Accuracy is so far from boring! I've never been a TL in another department but I know my job is a daily challenge. It does take a lot of planning.
My store's expectation is 3 per TL per shift. I'd already passed my interviews when I got my review and had been trying to do the leadership vibe as much as possible so I was really perplexed. Haha.
So glad I'm guaranteed hours in my workcenter. I was guilty of using vacation hours to pad my paychecks when hours dropped before my promotion was official. Luckily my store doesn't seem to be hit as hard as some here.
Softlines drives me crazy because nothing is located but there is so much flex as items sell through and new ones come in that it seems inefficient to try to keep tying everything.
I had a lot of crazy counts in SL today! Haha. But I'm glad those don't hurt my accuracy. I hate that they show up as missed items and sometimes I actually do have them so I start getting paranoid thinking the computer is smarter than it is pretending to be. lol. ;)
