We once went 5 months without a STL.....about time the leadership had the same worries as the bullied part timers....my store was proof you can live with less overpaid TLs.

I was pretty much a rock star at the front end.....guests would greet me with hugs as would the team.....I always refused the position and told them I thought it was a chump position. I wanted real advancement there and all the 20 something TLs wouldn't advance me or anyone else over...

Really....those for the most part worthless etls making that much? So when 4 of them go on one of those service turtle walks how much does that 30 minutes cost?

Thanks everyone! Though I had real problems with Corporate and the 20 something leaders the stress everyone endured helped create an everlasting bond between the part time help who did the grunt work........it was an emotional day after saying goodbye to so many friends.

Dear still special......it's not for the cashiers who got the redcard....its for the ones who didn't to make them feel bad and it's for the bosses to hear they're another card closer to less bullying from their district manager.....don't let those people make you feel bad!
