    Greenfield

Does anyone here have experience in making Cards in Greenfield? If you do, I would love to chat about how to use proper datasets for creating the cards. I would love to make one about audits that would filter out all items that have been audited less than 200 days. It would be nice to see all...

    Archived MyHelp DPCI Order Inquiry

Totally agree with this. It should be scan a location and then the "bot" goes through all STS, SFS, OPU, and DU Orders looking for an order that is associated with that location. Especially when orders get busy and we have to double up orders in locations. Either way, I would gladly go through...

Would having the Ship To Store option be a local fix? For instance, either store or district fix? Being pushy only because this simple fix would make clearing out old orders muchhh easier. Would a call to CSC complaining about this fix the issue?

If this actually is supposed to work for STS as well, I would really like to know how to fix it. We store Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Ship To Store in the same room. If an item doesn't have order info, it would be really convenient to be able to scan it and see if it's still attached to an...

Right when you open the app, you should see this page. It's the option I circled in yellow.

Take a pic and prove it! I would love to show my bosses to see if we can get it fixed then!

I only have OPU and SFS. After attempting it throught SFS, I realize SFS doesn't put through STS orders. OPU covers both the order pick ups and drive ups but it appears SFS doesn't cover STS as well (for us).

The MyHelp app offers Order Inquiry through searching DPCIs and Order Numbers for Ship From Store orders (SFS) and Order Pick Up orders (OPU). This is super convenient because if I see an item on the floor, I can check if it belongs to an order now or see if an item that's been sitting in the...

I heard that, after a recent update, there is now a fix in the Epick app. Haven't gotten a chance to try it out yet. It seems like the same thing CSC would do (clear the cart and redrop the orders) but without having to call CSC

I'll give an update if it happens again and if I try your technique

I appreciate the advice, and it's something I didn't think of, but having to use two mydevices in order to fix this problem sounds like a way to avoid the problem instead of a way to solve it. Also using someone else's mydevice sounds like it could lead to accountability issues. It SHOULD be as...

Yeah that's usually how I switch between carts, but that doesn't work in this scenario because the cart thinks it's in use by someone. For instance, if person A tries to get into a cart person B is in, the error message would come up saying the cart is in use. If person A closes the app, person...

Do the items go back to their location? For instance, if you pulled chips from location 01a020b20 and it was the last bag in that location. When you call csc, the cart disappears and the order drops back in. If I jump back into cart AA and those chips come up, would they come up in that same...

Completing OPU and Drive Up batches still feels more complex than it has to be. When you're in a batch, you have to complete the batch before you can get back to the main screen to see how much is left or to start on another order. Unless, you decided to hit "exit." But this, unfortunately, has...
