So much this. On closing nights I find so many open half sipped bottles of soda lying around the store stashed in different areas. I must be putting in 20-40 open packages a night lol AND THE AMOUNT OF FROZEN FOOD MERCHANDISE SITTING OUT IN RANDOM PLACES KILLS ME!!!!

OMG my store has been hoarding pallets of repacks especially the large black ones we literally have 4-6 pallets of stacked repacks in different colors! Haha!!

I wonder too since I see so many new stores popping up especially in AZ

AP watches everything. They watch the team members more than guests when it comes to stealing… they also have hidden cameras in all kinds of nooks and crannies so you can assume you’re always being watched from the moment you walk into the building

It would be nice for the system to beep to get the guests damn attention at self checkout kiosks I always see guests zoned out or looking at their phones and not paying attention to the prompts on the screen 🙄🙄🙄 literally holding up the line

My store does this! It’s horrible as soon as they look over your availability and realize you need certain days and times off even if it’s like one day a week, they turn you down right away

Not a closing lead but as a style TL I close maybe twice a week and it has been a nightmare every night. So many vehicles of reshop being left behind to turn over to the morning team. It really sucks and the team can’t seem to handle the 8 carts of reshop they walk into every morning
