I’m constantly picking paused carts and inf-ing stuff for seasonals. I don’t even want to know what my scores look like at this point. Sometimes I come into work to five pauses carts!

This has been happening to us since last week. Some people think they can hit "ok" when they have to put a number of items into a cart instead of the actual number, so for example if zebra wanted 5, they said ok and put 1 in the cart. BUT we've also been missing random items that we've only...

My tl seems to think prepping and refilling supplies falls on the Fulfillment Faeries that live in the walls.

We are really slow too and they've been sending people home or having them push truck. THEN more orders drop and I request them to come back to help us and am constantly told to "wait to see how it gets." Yeah it "gets" to the point of us BARELY making shipping time by a matter of minutes.

Our test is next weekend and I’m terrified. Also I had to ask my TL about it since he apparently wasn’t planning on telling us.

Do I get anything from training seasonals? Other than a headache no.

So if it shows in the picks example 201 due 10/18/19 4:30pm and 120 due 10/19/19 4:30pm those are due to be sorted on those days or on the day they show up in the system? Sorry its a dumb question but I want to be sure lol.

We were “at risk” for the picks today at one point which even showed the ones for tomorrow in red so everyone was confused and wasn’t 100% certain what the hell was going on with it.

I’m pretty paranoid that I’m going to be asked next. I’m going to flat out say no and see where that gets me lol.

Our store is taking it again and I assumed it was because it wasn’t that great the first time around lol

Has the pick time for opu changed to an hour today yet? And is anyone else getting crap for INFs more so than usual? My store is a huge mess and the counts are drastically off but our department is getting blamed for not finding things that do not exist in the store.

This crap happened to me the other day. I felt terrible so I tried calling in. Dozens of times. It never hung up it just kept ringing.
