Just an update. Called and confirmed it wasn't a mistake! According to the rep, my state's current laws enabled me to obtain coverage much sooner than the 6 month to 1 year service requirement to become eligible. :)

I have been with Target for about 6 weeks now, working from anywhere between 30 - 40 hours per week. My account shows I am able to enroll in medical and dental, among other benefits. I thought I wasn't eligible for these benefits until the 6 month mark. Is this a mistake? Or was I mistaken...
