I get all of that... but the direction we have received is every aisle every day. And sure, if miraculously we suddenly start getting all the merchandise, it could go pretty quickly. But... that isn't realistic. And then with the drive we have now for every single true out to be flexed... Yeah...

I was vastly amused by the DO NOT PTM direction when all of the leadership in our district is screaming about having true outs flexed 2 seconds after the guest removes the last one from the shelf....

We didn't lose any with this... But we lost 3 ETLs at the PS3 launch! HR, HL, and GE had all hid PS3s before the launch. Cracked me up when it happened..

Congrats! I was the second of three PAs to be promoted at my store. I got a better raise from TM to PA than from PA to TL though!

Our DTL has stated TLs can't get O... if they were good enough for it they would already be an ETL. I got some Os when I was a TM, and this was before we went to % based! Those were nice merit increases :o

Wow, some of you guys have it rough! D: Our CTL's hours come out of hardlines and we have 4 team members closing in market most nights with a PA there til 8 or 9 a couple of days a week. I think our CTL does need to work on more guest focused scheduling with our PAs though.

As much as possible you should try to avoid breaking out casepacks for bakery. Reason being, the casepack is the only thing with the best by when frozen date on it. The individual bakery items have no date on them. This isn't a huge issue if it is broken out, it is just something to be careful...

Indeed... our dairy cooler is just about as far away from the milk section as it could possibly be, and still remain in the store. Always hated doing the milk... Always had to warn people when I went to get an item for them so I wouldn't think I'd abandoned them.
