    As much as I'm able to, yes. A lot of the time when they call me in for shifts its very last minute and I can't due to plans, but I regularly pick up swap shifts (just picked up 3 over the last 2 weeks and another 2 upcoming). There is 0 legitimate reason to call me "unreliable" imo.
