Has anyone else's store decided they needed to have pants hung in a way that all of the hangers are lined up when on a rack, in turn causing the pants to have a lot of slack in the middle? Personally I think it looks terrible but I was told it's "a thing" and we have to do it now.

Sorry, just got home from a rough close. Like POG997 said, the fact tags are the cardstock pieces that go behind the 3x5s. They are not shoe specific, however they have a specific brand logo and gender printed on them, making it easier to distinguish between shoes in the sign holder.

@pfreshmaid I first learned how to do adjacencies several years ago by only using the book. Go section by section, and basically just detail it to what the book calls for, flexing and merching those inevitable random pieces as you go along.
