Lol I got a conditional job offer and the weed charge which was a misdemeanor got flagged by the background check im talking to the manager again tomorrow hopefully so I am hoping I still get the job seeing it was so long ago and shouldn't be considered a big deal... on a side note I love shameless

Thanks the manager I spoke with said there was a number I could call and I voiced that there shouldnt be anything that is a big deal and she decided she would call and get back to me because sometimes people are flagged for dumb reasons which I feel mine is and I 100% passed the drug test lol...

Thats crazy I have never stolen anything in my life let alone something so expensive! I have been waiting for a call for oreintation passed the drug test got a call today that I have been flagged by the background check... I havent ever been in trouble besides a misdemeanor cannabis charge in 06...

I got the call back but they said the background check flagged me and said there was a number I could call and ask talked for a minute then the manager decided they would call and see for me... only thing on a background check would be a misdemeanor from 06/07 for possession of cannabis would...

Lol sounds crazy although I was told I would be contacted friday that never happened im stikk debating wether I should call or just wait it out

Also during the friday interview they said pending the results they would call the next week and set up orientation for that Thursday... so its just a bunch of misinformation on their part idk hopefully it works itself out sooner or later idk if I should even call again lol

I took my drug test a week ago and called yesterday 2 see about orientation... hr said someone would call me today but I haven't gotten a call... (I know I passed the drug test) hopefully I get the call its only 2 pm but I know the hr people arent usually there that late and I dont want to come...

Yeah 8am during normal months then 6am closer to the holidays I have orientation this week, hopefully everything goes smoothly! Why is it sad that its at 6 or 8?

Thanks guys and I wouldn't doubt it, its kind of newer and in a country type of area I honestly didnt know it existed until I seen adds on indeed.com lol hopefully I do well and have a decent training experience.

Anyone work 8am flow? Im going 2 be starting soon as a new hire anyone work that shift, they say during holiday's it will switch to 6am any advice or feedback is much appreciated!
