Do any other GSAs requisition things for team members who get red cards? We usually do when things are slow or we offer some sort of incentive ( Starbucks, cafe, dollar spot). any other ideas on recognizing the hard workers? I got some picky cashiers at times who are hard to motivate.

So I'm not exactly new but I never introduced myself. I have been with spot for a year and have successfully gone from cashier to GSA. I'm happy to see thathhard work does pay off.

Ok so I have read the GSA interview threads and gotten the pointers from there. However anyone want to give me pointers? I have my interview on Wednesday. I already get keys to cover lunches and they had me cover a GSA shift before, however I am still nervous for the interview.
