No pfresh. We have a truck 3 times a week. We are a ULV.

Starting Monday I am hymyself on non truck days and only have 1 tm to help me on truck days. On top of all the other duties I am quite worried about it. The info on the pilot doesn't include GM stores much.

Our district said there would be jo hours for training given for the switch.

No training hrs a tour store. Our Starbucks TL will take over FA with no training. Same for me with consumables. I am a little worried for my team i am leaving behind.

Food service TL is in charge of sb/fa. Food TL takes care of consumable/grocery. It is a new position rolling out next week.

Seems to be an issue for all GM stores but worse in low volume stores. We are going into this withour any info whatsoever.. it was never tested in GM stores with no pfresh

I heard about eventually having a team dedicated to push the trucks but nothing about a regular team, in stocks etc. I sounds amazing if I can get the right team to do so but at my store I don't think there is anyone with with enough dedication to handle such a challenge at our store.

You guys have any info on what they expect from the Food TL position? The more I talk to other Food Ave TL making the switch to this new position, the more I realize we have absolutely no info or specific core roles attached to this new role. The switch is only 10 days away.

I can easily see FATL and Starbucks TL position combined in ulv stores. Every year I am surprised that they are leaving the positions alone, maybe this is the year it will happen .
