Coupons. Deny fakes? Accept? Accept Returns? What do you do?

Deny the return entirely or refund the full amount. If (legitimate) manufacturer coupons were used, the store is getting paid for that and can't keep it twice (the value from/of the merch & the payment from the manufacturer for the coupon). Reducing the amount of the return is literally theft...

Will Target lift the mask requirement?

That's true. But it ends up relatively the same...the carrier virus just produces the mRNA to tell your cells to produce the pieces rather than being directly injected with the mRNA (in a carrier). It just adds an extra step that makes it less effective as your body fights off the carrier virus...

Will Target lift the mask requirement?

The vaccine wasn't at all developed in a single year. Research has been going on for more than a decade into this type of vaccine in general and similar things and approaches were more closely studied from researching SARS vaccines. What did happen within the single year time frame (really...

How strict are you about this type of call-off?

Not necessarily. What if they have a doctor's appointment or something they need to go to scheduled then that was the only available appointment without waiting 6 months?

    COVID-19 Vaccine

You're allowed to use vacation hours to bump a week's hours up to your average worked hours. Assuming a steady schedule at least, if you call out of work, your hours for the week are under your average and you're perfectly entitled to use vacation hours to bump your hours back up for the week...

Any Code 128 barcode generator I believe it is works? I used to keep one open on my phone for BR locations and hold locations etc.

TREATED VERY UNFAIR ... what to do now ?

If it takes place in public, which on the floor is probably considered to be, that may not make a difference. But aren't there policies about recording things while working in the handbook? It's been a very long time since I've looked.

    Getting fired over a Ps5

Imagine not making them put it in writing that you won't be fired if you return it and believing them/taking them at their word. Oof

    Target not enforcing

Doesn't even matter. Direct them to store pickup/drive up and tell em to GTFO. That's all that is required to meet their "medical requirements'.

    Covid Temperature Checks

Even with "medical condition" folks, directing to drive up is perfectly (legally) allowed. It's a reasonable accommodation as required by the ADA.

COVID-19 Is anyone else's Target enforcing masks?

Whether or not they're currently allowed as a replacement (they shouldn't be afaik but yknow.. ASANTS), you shouldn't anyway...they do virtually nothing on their own. They are designed to protect you against direct spray (into your eyes) - that's it.

COVID-19 Is anyone else's Target enforcing masks?

It isn't tight fitting so everything will go everywhere via exhaling - same as a poorly fitting, loose mask. I know (cloth) masks do nothing for inhaling. I've said that above. My point was that, alone, a face shield is virtually worthless.

COVID-19 Is anyone else's Target enforcing masks?

That's...awful. That doesn't really do anything except prevent direct spray into your eyes/face. You still inhale everything and everything you exhale still goes basically everywhere. ><

COVID-19 Is anyone else's Target enforcing masks?

That's not what the masks are supposed to do. It's mostly a one-way street. They hardly protect you from getting it (unless its a properly fitting N95 or equiv/better mask being worn properly)...that is why it matters that *everyone* wears one. One schmuck without one that is (a/pre)symptomatic...

    Auditing my own Department (WTF)

It isn't creating an error, it's discovering one. The person that removed or backstocked the item improperly created the error.

    Auditing my own Department (WTF)

And that's why people that can't actually lead end up in leadership positions in this company. You just "do as your told", your boss gets promoted, and promoted, etc because things "look" amazing. Then they actually get to the point to develop and institute their own policies that don't work and...

    Dresses at work?

Any solid color is legitimately in dress code for the waist down portion. You could wear solid purple pants and it's in dress code. Will they say something? Probably. Can they (as in are they actually allowed to) do anything about it? No. The handbook clearly states solid colored with khaki...

    Dresses at work?

Technically, as long as it's solid, there really is no inappropriate color. Solid color is the only actual color requirement written in the book (last I checked) - khaki being a preference only.

    Auditing my own Department (WTF)

Actually proper procedure (best practices) is to hit all items scanned. If you were actually supposed to exit, audit, and reenter whenever that happened, the all items scanned button wouldn't exist. That's just management wanting metrics to falsely be green so they look good to those up above. I...
