I'd say about 15% of guests and TMs are still wearing masks at my store. There are a few TMs and TLs that I know for a fact aren't vaxxed, but aren't wearing masks. Lots of colds going around right now, too. I'll keep my mask on for a bit.

This is where you need to take the initiative and ask them, "have you thought about any feedback that you have for me?" And keep asking until they give you something concrete to improve upon. Be the squeeky wheel. If they still won't give you anything, then they may not see leadership potential...

I would start by asking for specific feedback as to what they think your "opportunities" are and then go from there. You can't change what you don't know, you know?

At my store we have three Style TLs; one has Beauty and one has Tech in addition to our style departments. It's worked out pretty well.

For the last week at my store all of specialty has been over 70% every day on OFOs only because we've been doing one in the AM and another around 4 pm. I don't expect my team to pull the second one, though; either myself or my ETL will do it.

My store was pulling the cleaner to be first responder to the check lanes but once the HR ETL that was covering our store caught wind, leadership got their hand slapped. So, it doesn't happen anymore.

I don't know if anyone has heard this, but a coworker that's trying get the paid leave told me that the rep she talked to said that Target might stop offering it next week. Hopefully, the rep is misinformed, but *if* this is true, WTF???

A lot of my team spent over 5 hours backing up on the check lanes yesterday, so idk how we're supposed to get anything on the shelves for people to buy, even if it came on the truck. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are 12 pallets behind now. Even if it was broken out, the Style team, especially RTW, is having a difficult time keeping up with reshop, backups, and zone on top of truck.
