Hey guys! My store just got the 30 minute deadline placed for OPUs last night. For those who have been working with the deadlines for a while, how is it? Is there a limit to how much you can grab for an OPU batch? What about those ridiculously high DPCI orders (20+ DPCI), how does that even work...

635 DPCI and 787 eaches today when I came in at 4am. INF numbers were not pretty by the time I left..

With the number of people that have been scheduled for flex lately, 300 DPCI is nothing. If it was my old usual number of three or two people, then I would have been crying. There’s been more people scheduled since we’re supposed to be increasing in orders until we reached our new max of 1200...

I don’t think I should speak to soon but I think my store actually over-schedule for flex today? I came into the numbers being in the 300s for DPCI. That’s nothing for me and my fellow opener, 4 pickers at 5am, 2 at 6am, and my mid at 8am.

The stats on MPM today were so off. It was so glitchy and gave inaccurate INF %s. I had to cancel one item for an OPU and the INF % stayed at zero. On the other hand, I picked a SFS batch with no INFs and the INF somehow appeared as 88%. o_O

So what’s the best solution for this?

I don’t know if this was ever brought up or if anyone else has encountered it. But when picking a batch from backroom, have you ever encountered scanning a location and the Move app tells you to pull a specific amount from a casepack instead of the whole casepack? I’ve been getting this issue...

Tbh, I’m not too sure because I’m still learning too (today was my second day messing with it). What I do know is that when creating a new pallet to assign packages to, it lists the last 3 digits (or first 3?) of zip codes on sheet we have to attach to the actual pallet. Though, we haven’t been...

No dumb question at all, assuming this is only a USPS thing? Machinable packages are considered 454s, 439s, 413s, 126s, and all polymailers. Non-machinable packages are all the other bigger boxes.

I’m assuming everything, we’re switching to USPS completely and cutting out the third party trucking companies.

So tired of these carrier changes, SFS at my store switched over to USPS today.

Just curious, I’ve been working with Target for almost 8 months, will I be getting a review still? And if so, who will be giving me my review since my workcenter is Flex Fill and we don’t have a TL. Most likely my ETL-Log?

I have noticed that there have been random UPS collates printing out but I’m not too sure why. There was a period of time where the UPS collates were common when we first switched to FedEx. Then there was some time where they stopped and just recently they’re printing more often again.

Could possibly be just my store then? Restock isn’t a big hit with us. We get a Restock order two or three times a month.

Cool, I was wondering if there were other ways to go back into paused batches. I also found that selecting a task to do and keying/scanning in whatever cart that is paused will bring you back in to that batch.

This caught me off guard today. I came into work at 4am and Move was like how it usually was. The update showed around 8am and I thought the app was being glitchy. I like that I don’t have to scan/enter a cart anymore to see the numbers.
