Any other DCs gotten lucky with raises lately? Our hourly TMs haven't gotten a raise in almost 3 years now.

Anyone else's building been shutting down IB and OB a lot lately due to wind? My building is super behind due to being shut down for 2 or 3 days over the B keys, looks like there will be 2 more days this week where they have to shut down due to wind as well.

Heard someone mention sweeps might be going away later this year, or at least part of it like recyclable stuff. Anyone heard any rumors on that?

So did Target do away with the big boxes of gift wrap this year? I have only seen smaller boxes, which look much easier to process than the big ones that constantly fall over.

Is there a way for DC TMs to access email at home? Some of my benefit emails get sent to my work email address and it will not allow me to add a personal email address to use. Would be nice to be able to access those emails outside of work hours.

Anyone here that does warehousing IM that knows how to process this? They didn't give us much training when they added damage defender. Now IB is trying to send us several pallets of laundry detergent that leaked and i don't know how to process this much ESIM.

Not sure if all DCs get their label stock from the same paper vendor or not, but have any other DCs been getting poor quality labels? My DC has been getting them for about a year and a half now, before I never remember any issues, but since last year the tear strip with the DPCI/store location...

Just kidding, HQ messed up, time to cancel 100k+ labels lol.

So was it a pyramid wide RDC change to switch to monthly wage surveys instead of a yearly one around open enrollment time? If so anyone heard any updates since the announcement? Or was this just a way for Target to get away from everyone expecting a raise at a certain time of the year?
