I guess I have a few questions.. Do you get a raise for cross training? and also, do you get a raise if you successfully complete your 90 day probationary period? I noticed on my paycheck that I received a .25 cent raise but I was never told that it would happen or why?

Without compromising too much detail, i was orientated with less than 10 others, all were cashiers. Red card conversion is better than most, not as good as 2 or 3 others. The people who got trained were red in conversion, i saw the gstl app on the computer during my 90 day review.

Another cashier told me that they do this to test you during your 90 days, and let you go on day(s) 85-90 if you dont show up. Not sure if they were full of it or not.
