Our store is the same! The other night when I was walking the store, the heat was on! It was 65 degrees out! It gets so hot in spring/summer/fall that all team members are covered in sweat. Guests complain too but supposedly there's no way to adjust it!

We haven't had a drive up person scheduled since the holidays!

So far since my store hired a new SE TL, they work SCO 10-6:30. They don't even make the breakout, opening SCO team member does. It seems like the SE TL is basically a glorified GSA now. They work the front and go to leadership meetings.

We currently have 1 SE TL position filled and they are working strictly 10-6:30. My SD said when we hire the second SE TL then one will be an early shift and the other late, like 10-6:30 and 12-8:30. No opening or closing shifts for them. The SCO will do the lane opening/closing.

At my store Receiving (one lady), a Flex tm, and Closing Team Lead are the only ones with every weekend off.

At my store we don't make change for people. It avoids a lot of potential issues. They can request cash back a certain way, but there's no swapping money back and forth allowed.

I am starting at 17.75 vs 16, and then going up to a little over 18 on may 5. Going from 12 as gsa, its a huge jump, I just don't want to find out I missed out on more $. I did ask for more, and my hr etl went to HRBP, but negotiating wasn't an option apparently.

It's so much easier to add gift cards to wallet and do it all at once. I try to show every guest how to do this so that maybe, eventually...they'll have it all ready to go when they get to the register.
