The team members at my store blame the guest for getting overtime. "Oh I'm 5 minutes into overtime because I was stopped by a guest and helped them get an item". Just apologize, and tell them it won't happen again.

On workbench it says we will be closed for guest AND team members.

I always tell them the aisle location and tell them I don't mind walking over to the area with them if they would like. Leadership team wants us to walk over and show them the item instead of just telling them but understand its not always possible.

My store has been giving overtime for the past two weeks. Not to everyone, but to a handful of team members. I dont think we are allowed overtime anymore though since they are giving us that 2 dollar.

OTC is 4 hours at my store, occasionally there will be 5 hour shifts. Paper, and HBA both get 6 hours. Chem gets between 7 and 8 hour shifts.

Sold out of masks and hand sanitizer. When we get new shipments in it is all gone within an hour. Selling more cleaning supplies than usual. People are starting to panic and there is no case of the virus anywhere near us.

Right? There is absolutely no more room in the chem backstock.
