We've always had the bar codes set up on the pack stations, so scanning the code for a 5 is automatic while we're working our way through the 126s. I haven't read the details (as I'm off today), but at first glance, don't really see this being an issue.

That's what we've been doing. I pulled down a pallet of "5's" the other day, they were actually 126's and we are just working our way through them.....

Re the data thing - MPM is still incomete yet my SD can see the real time data via some kind of district / group thing. Come on Spot, you can do this!

I`m in your same age range..... Unless you have something specific about the new ETL`s performance, maybe wait and see how they do? Plenty of capable people out there, even some of the youngsters. Plus you could be wrong about their age....

Would you have preferred they give you a raise amount just added to what you were making before the bump to $15? If that would have put you over $15, I can understand why you might be upset, but if you are actually further ahead with the bump to $15, then I just don't understand.....explique...
