Do all targets give vacation time after 6 months? Or does it depend? Because I’ve been at my store for almost a year in October and have yet to receive any vacation time
Follow up question. My test was scheduled doe today but canceled so I had to reschedule for tomorrow.should I call Hr and notify them that it was rescheduled? Or do I just let it go and wait until my results are back in to reach out again
If you call out because you’re experiencing Covid symptoms and go to get tested, if the test comes back negative does the time you were out count against your attendance?
Thank you I think they’re planning on putting me on CA and I was already planning on asking for a 2 week leave wasn’t sure if they’d tell me no because of the CA
This happened to me 3 times this past week. It’s frustrating for me and the guests when I have to constantly call someone over to answer a question. I wasn’t scheduled to be a cashier so I shouldn’t be forced to do it. Thank goodness I’m back in GM finally I defiantly won’t miss anything about...
One of the employees was wearing a mask long before this blew up for precautions and was told they could not because it would cause panic. Now you can’t even get into the store without one. Sad that this person was thinking ahead and told they could not protect themselves and now it’s come this...
How did you go about taking the paid leave? Did you notify your store first? Or did you get in touch with leave and disability and once it was approved notify your store?
Thank you! I’m just worried because I really do love my job. I know it’s “just target” but I’m very happy there and don’t wanna jeopardize my future there because of this but I also have to think about my health and family first
I keep thinking about taking the paid loa. I have asthma and right now is peak season for me. I also have a 2 year old that I’m worried will get sick. I’d have no problem getting the proof I need from my doctor but I’m worried about repercussions. I was wondering if it includes job security...
Not sure how quick it starts but you qualify if you’re 65 and older, pregnant, or have underlying health conditions that make you a higher risk. I’m hearing you would need a doctors note
That’s weird they won’t pay you because the paid leave is for anyone who is 65 and older, pregnant, or has underlying health conditions that make you more susceptible and asthma is one of them
