Does anyone know if I have to actually call the leave and benefits hotline to request the 30 days paid leave or if I can just email them instead?

You call the Benefit line and ask about it. It’s pretty simple. You can get it if you 65+, you have an underlying condition, or are pregnant. You have to have your dr send proof.
