I'm assuming I'm the only one in my store to get it. We have 7 TLs, so I doubt they could give it to two of us. Certainly not more than two. I'd guess we have one at 6%, two at 4.5%, three at 3%, and one at 2%. None of us are bad enough to get 1%.

Yeah that did happen with TLs when TL pay went up in my district last year. Our TM pay is stuck at 15 so I can’t speak to that.

The cap is probably high enough that you’ll never reach it. Plus when they increase the base pay for your pay grade, you effectively lose your merit raises. For example, if they raised the base pay in your store to $17.50, you’d still be at $17.63. And if they increased it to $18, you’d be at...

4.5% is the highest a TM can get.

From what I've gathered, there are 5 percentages that TLs are getting, which makes sense with a 9 box grading scale thing. 1%, 2%, 3%, 4.5%, and 6%.

3% sounds like the middle of the 3 possible percentages. I might get my review tomorrow and I'm expecting 5%.

I think we all would have the same effective date for the new pay. The first time you see it on a check might vary based on the pay cycle. My store will see it on their 4/26 paycheck, but some stores will see it on 4/19.

It started on Friday. I already delivered them to 5 of my 11 baristas. It probably has to be done by 4/6 because the raise goes into effect on 4/7.

I gave out two reviews to TMs today (PG35). One got the top score and got 4.5%, which is higher than last year. The other got the middle score and got 2.5%, which is also higher than last year. (Note that if you worked less than the full fiscal year, you'll get a prorated raise.)

I'm not sure if it helps, but I just used that dataset to make a card recently and used a calculated field called "hours_pulling" and the total looks like it's adding up correctly.

Yes, HRTLs and Small Format TLs both have access to that. Although neither has access to approving punches, time off requests, or paid vacation requests; the SD is the only person in the store with access to those, so we had to bug him while he was out of the country on vacation recently lol.

You should tell Target about that, not us. But you can type “cancel” and sometimes it lets you go back one question, start over, or cancel the chat. Sometimes it doesn’t though, but you might be able to go one question further through the prompts and then try typing cancel again.
