There can be minor feedback but from all my experience as a test store you are forced to make it work or your the problem not the process.

Also they usually give extra payroll when testing out a new process. If it works better than before, it might just be the extra payroll.

We have mid year check ins. Never have gotten a mid year raise. we need a cost of living raise. 🤣

I've never heard of a mid year raise. They have given out mid year bonuses for the last couple of years though. Those should be coming...
