Starbucks FDC items (pastries, sandwiches, evolution juices, protein boxes) will now be ordered the same way as pfresh items where the system will generate an order and we have to decide if we want to edit it.

Is there any way to look up the OTL for each item? I have a feeling it’ll end up sending me too much and I’ll have to edit it down each time. But then if I forget to edit it I'll end up with too much product.

I’d like to be able to manipulate the system by changing my on hands to a higher amount so they don’t send too much product, but I’d need to know the OTL to do it accurately.

because SFQ and SFC do not effect your OTL (order to level) which can be found on the inventory management tool. I could change any capacity up that I want and They won’t send us more and same works for down. HQ sets your OTL based off HQ set capacities. The only problem this fixes is data issues within your store, not at a DC level.
@gsa4lyfe is this still true on OTL?

OTLs can be found on the new inventory management application (IMA) but the way Pfresh works is it’s a days of sales vs quantity of deliveries that triggers replenishment. I’m sure the first order or two will be a little weird but I’ve found that things like produce that are system generated are typically sent on the conservative side. I’ve always found they’d send enough to keep you instock just up until your next delivery but not enough to look full.

That being said @Hardlinesmaster is correct that OTL can only be adjusted by HQ and sales data and that capacity and SFQ at a store level wouldn’t ever send you more or less.

Thanks! Is that an app on the myDevice home screen or on workbench or what?
